Legal notice

GUILLAUME PIOT respects the legal guarantees in his capacity as seller. The consumer Customer benefits in particular for any purchase from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code). Any warranty is excluded in the event of damage of external origin or due to negligence, lack of maintenance on the part of the Purchaser, as in the event of normal wear and tear of the product. The Consumer Purchaser has a period of two years to assert one or the other of these guarantees. For the lack of conformity, the period runs from the delivery of the Product. For hidden defects, the period runs from the discovery of the defect.
